Our Sundried Tomato and Garlic Baby Gouda is softer and smoother than it’s aged counterpart. A smooth and robust mix of sundried tomato and garlic. Just because it’s delicate doesn’t mean it doesn’t have full grown Gouda Goodness. It’s still handmade in Upstate NY, and crafted in the traditional Dutch style. True Gouda needs to breathe and our baby get’s plenty of air. Turned daily on pine planks to ensure uniform age and perfection for at least sixty days, it’s also a raw milk cheese – no high temp pasteurization here. The results? One of New York’s finest traditional style Gouda cheese!
Once our cheese has been milk cream coated and naturally aged it lasts for 2-3 months on the shelf prior to opening. After opening just refrigerate and enjoy! Because our cheese is crafted and cut by hand, weight is approximate. Don’t worry though; we err on the heavier side. Because, lets be honest – more cheese is always better.

Tried this on a whim — normally I find that some “herb” cheeses are overpowering. This was the perfect blend! The Gouda still shone through, but the Garlic and Sundried Tomato were a perfect compliment. Well done Jakes! I could also see this being KILLER on a grilled cheese sandwich. Mmmm!
