Our sharp cheddar cheese has a rich and classic cheddar flavor. Just like our Gouda, our cheddar cheese is handmade in Upstate NY made from raw milk cheese – no high temp pasteurization here. After opening just refrigerate and enjoy!
Because our cheese is crafted and cut by hand, weight is approximate. Don’t worry though; we err on the heavier side. Because, lets be honest – more cheese is always better.

This may be my favorite sharp cheese. Tangy, with an underlying creaminess. Lots of crunchy cheddar nuggets throughout. Warning, it’s crumbly, so make sure you’ve got a plate under it.
