Since the season is changing this only means you are going to look for warming treats! Well nothing is as warming as some delicious Gouda cheese fondue. This can be served as an appetizer or a snack at any time, its perfect with wine as an hors d’œuvre. We like to make it with Red Newt Salamander White wine. A perfect compliment to New York Cheese is New York wine, especially from the Finger Lakes Region. Give this a try and savor the fresh gouda cheese and wine combination!

Transfer the mixture to a small slow cooker on low. Serve Gouda Fondue on low setting. The mixture should last about an hour. Enjoy!
